June 29th, 2009 by Skyler CaineSo Gays and Fitness…
Sadly not all gay guys have received the email, that you MUST get in the gym at least 3 days a week.
Gym memberships are at an all-time low!
I read that La Fitness is as low as 29$ a MONTH!
that Includes Free Classes!
So please ( especially daddy’s ) get in the GYM!
Im sorry but people seriously need to watch what they are putting into their mouth.
I have a friend that is over weight and 55, and he continually makes excuses about his weight. like , “people my age would kill to look like me,” or my favorite ” I look good for my age” all the while he is stuffing is face with swedish pancakes and pouring liquid cellulite into his coffee. umm BARF!
The key to a healthy diet is not completely cutting out carbohydrates or fatty foods from your eating regimen, but to balance your intake from the main five food groups. This is a guide to healthy eating, aiming to inform you of the best foods to eat that will boost your general health and overall fitness level.
Meat, eggs and fish are all major sources of protein. Protein is needed to help your body cells grow and repair themselves if damaged. It is very important that lots of protein is included in your diet
Dairy products, such as milk, yogurt and chocolate, are an important source of calcium. Calcium is nutritious for both teeth and bones, however should be taken in controlled quantities. Dairy products are especially high in their saturated fat content. This Is My advice ( cut dairy out of your diet, if you wanna get cut-up quick ) find other sources of calcium.
Rice, Pasta, And Bread. Generally disregarded by people, this food group is an important source of carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are a vital source of energy for the body and should also be eaten in a balanced quantity. Try sticking to whole grain rice, pasta, and bread.
Please eat your fruit and vegetables. Eating your 5 a day is vital in your quest towards a healthy diet. A portion can be a single piece of vegetable or fruit, and is a great source of antioxidants. Antioxidants have been proven to reduce the possibility of developing cancer in later life.
Sugar, this is the food group that should definitely be eaten in moderation. Eating too much sugar, salt and fatty acids are the cause of many health disorders but when eaten in moderation, provide the body with an important energy source.
This really is not that hard to follow. Of course you should consult a doctor before starting a new diet and workout regimen.
